General Logistics
Both the Concert and the Daytime Festival takes place at Penn Park (Dunning-Cohen Champions field), which is located behind Franklin Field. The entrance is located at 217 South 33rd Street, Philadelphia PA, 19104 (Palestra/Shoemaker Green).
What Do You Need To Enter The Concert?
Friday, April 19th for Concerts:
All attendees must present 1) a ticket and 2) ID for their appropriate designation.
Penn students must show their PennCard. If you do not have your PennCard on hand at the security checkpoint, you will be asked to leave the line to locate it or you may have to purchase the difference of a General Public ticket on-site.
General Admission ticket holders must present a valid government-issued ID proving their age (18+). No ticket, no ID = No Entry. No exceptions.
Saturday, April 20th for the Daytime Festival:
Bring your 1) PennCard if you’re a Penn student or 2) 18+ ID and guest pass if you are a guest to a Penn student.

Buying Concert Ticket For The First Time?
How To Activate Your Student Account And Access Spring Fling Tickets:
Visit PENNATHLETICS.EVENUE.NET/SIGNIN
Once there, you will see a banner that includes “Student Tickets.” Please select Student Tickets and begin the Sign In/Activation Process.
When activating your student account, please ensure that you are using your Penn email address.
If you already have an account, a one-time activation code will be sent to your email.
If you do not have an account, please follow the instructions on creating an account.
Once you are signed in you will see a banner on the top of your screen. Select “Penn Students” and then select" “Manage Tickets". That will bring you to your exclusive tickets page.

Directions
All attendees must enter via Paley Bridge from the side of Shoemaker Green. As you approach Shoemaker Green / the Palestra, you will see signage to the event entrance.
Rideshare Dropoff Address: 219 South 33rd St
There is no parking on-site.
Public Transit/SEPTA:
Via Bus: 33rd St & Locust St. stop (30, 42, 49)
Via Trolley: 33rd St. Station (11, 13, 34, 36)
Via Subway: 34th St. Station (MFL)
Penn Transit (Only Available for Saturday’s Daytime Festival as of right now): A free Penn Transit shuttle will drop and pick students up by Shoemaker Green (DRL Transit Stop off 33rd Street). There will be several stops along Walnut and Spruce Streets between 33rd and 40th Streets. The transit will run 11:30 AM until 5:30 PM at 15-minute intervals for Penn students.

There will be bag checks and metal wand/pat downs prior to entry. No re-entry will be allowed for the Concert. Re-entry is allowed for the Daytime Festival.

Every year, we work together with Penn First Plus to give out a limited amount of free Spring Fling Concert tickets to FGLI students. First come, first serve. This generally happens in the Spring semester. Follow @specconcerts and @pennfirstplus on Instagram to stay updated.

Yes. Anyone over the age of 18 can attend the concert. Security will check for valid government-issued ID upon entrance. Any non-Penn guests must buy a general admission ticket.

Yes, as long as the individual is a guest to a Penn student!
The Penn student is required to complete a google form on behalf of the guest, which will generate a Guest Pass ticket. On the day of the event, guests must present the Guest Pass ticket (electronic or printed version) along with a matching and valid photo ID. The form will be sent out closer to the event via a school-wide email.
Guests must be accompanied by their host at all times throughout the duration of the festival.

You may bring ONE standard clear, unopened 16.9oz bottle of water. No colored liquids or reusable water bottles will be allowed onto the field. No other outside food/ beverage is allowed.
Concessions and drinks will be available for sale during the concert. There is free food and drinks at the Daytime Festival.
Umbrellas, laser pointers, selfie sticks, professional cameras, etc are strictly prohibited.
Small handbags are allowed. See Penn Athletics’s bag policy. “Large bags like duffel bags, backpacks, or equipment bags are prohibited. All bags are subject to search upon entry and within the facility. Penn Athletics recommends bags under 12"x12"x6" or smaller to expedite the security process at entrance gates”.
You will be asked to exit the line if you bring these in.

We will be be sending out a school-wide email in the fall semester for students who are interested in performing at either the Concert or the Daytime Festival. We are looking for student DJs for the Concert. We are looking for dance groups, A Cappella groups, bands, solo singers for the Daytime Festival with a priority to student groups.
