SPEC Fest (previously known as Skimmer Fest) has evolved into a fall-themed festival that allows students at UPenn to celebrate and kick off the school year. Taking place on College Green, it brings together over 2,000 students from the community on a Saturday afternoon. Students are able to enjoy a selection of food trucks, yard games, and music.
