The committee is well-known for providing free cookies, crafts, and other treats to students during several Fests held in Houston Hall. SPEC Special Events joins in the Homecoming festivities with a table at Quakerfest. With P-shaped cookies to decorate, Penn tattoos, and LOTS of toast in hand, Special Events provided plenty of activities for Quakers of the past, present and future. Here’s a peek at Homecoming 2009.
